OOPS...............yep, sorry, but for my sake, i've been working 7am to 10pm
all this week, 2 more days left. We have VBS going on & them kids are tearing me up, I'm getting old for this..............stuff. No really, I am there for VBS, but am getting work done in the office, but still doesn't change the hrs I have to be there.

I only had a small Birthday cake this year. I'm on a diet. I've actually lost about 3 stone since March or April. Lots of walking when I get the time, sometimes 10 miles in one day. I was nearly 16 and a half stone, now I'm about 13 and a half.

Is that about 225 pounds down to 185 pounds?

That is one big stone in your pocket.
I bet you feel better with a lighter load to carry.
