Chicken

Post by baldwindeb on May 9th 2008, 5:55 am

This is really good, you have to try it.

Boneless chicken breast
Mayo
Parmesan cheese finally grated or in a container about 1/2 cup
flour
seasoning ( your choice of what you like )

*Season your chicken with whatever seasoning you like, I sometimes just use Italian spices or sometimes I marinate my chicken in Italian dressing for a few hours.
*Mix about a cup of mayo with the cheese, set aside. ( This will coat about 4 chicken breast)
*Take your chicken breast and dip into the mayo mixture until coated. Proceed with each chicken breast until they have all been coated in the mayo mixture.
*Now dip them individually into the flour until completely covered.
*Spray baking pan with pam or dip a paper towel in oil and coat the baking pan
*Place chicken breast on a baking pan and cook at 425 degrees for 25/30 minutes or until crisp.

They are so moist and so delicious.
Serve with rice or pasta and a veggie.

I hate cooking, that is probably why the boys went into cooking. lol
I would rather wash the dishes than cook.

I tried it but tasted funny. Of course, I may have used the wrong oil. All I had was Valvoline 10w30. Will try different one next time.

Kidding of course. Sounds delicious, have to try it.
