Cooking With Beer

I might have to eventually do a podcast on this as I have found quite a few recipes for beef that uses beer as a marinade ingredient. I so far have done a steak marinade with it, and also boiling beef ribs with beer and water/spices/onions then broiling. It all tastes awesome and you do not taste the beer at all!

Boiling beef ribs with beer and water/spices/onions then broiling This looks good, I guess I have never boiled any Beef. Could you give me more info

If my wife ever wasted a beer cooking I'd shoot her.

I am trying to find that recipe I used, but so far, can't! There are alot of links to cooking with different types of beer, going through them. This one has a few recipes that sound great! I will try some of them as well.

I always use beer in my beans, too, Shawna. Beer, onions, garlic, bacon (or salt pork, when I have it), some chunk ham, jalapeņo peppers and lots of coarse ground pepper. I use about 1/2 water, 1/2 beer to cook them.
